Mike Torres started CoolPro in 2009 out of frustration. He'd spent years working for a large HVAC franchise and kept seeing the same thing: customers being oversold, overcharged, and underserved.
So he struck out on his own. One van, one phone number, and a commitment to do right by every customer. Word spread fast. Neighbors told neighbors. Within two years, he had a team.
Today CoolPro has 12 certified technicians and thousands of satisfied customers — but the philosophy hasn't changed one bit. We show up, we're honest about what's wrong, we fix it for a fair price, and we stand behind our work.
